The era of the swinging sixties produced some iconic vehicles and none more so than the Volkswagen Campervan. The sixties was a time when the Beatles were number one in the charts and Carnaby Street in London was the place to be seen, and although built in Germany our bay window camper Betty is UK based and has a very British themed multi colour interior with Union Jack seats and curtains.
The wedding transport world has somewhat taken the retro VW Campervan into its heart. We can take up to five passengers in a rather trendy style, so no fancy limos for our happy couples, just a fun way to travel in very nostalgic transport.
In traditional Cream coachwork our VW bus lends itself to any wedding colour theme and of course any ribbon colour to match. Entry into the main cabin is made easy through a large sliding door in the centre and up into a spacious cabin with a rather fancy decking planked floor similar to that found on sailing yachts. Four passengers can travel in the main cabin with a fifth sitting up front next to the chauffeur.
Betty our beautiful 1969 VW bus will provide you with chauffeur driven wedding transport to your chosen destination within Kent.
Betty will be dressed for the occasion with classic white ribbons and garlands. If you do have a particular colour scheme in mind then let us know as we can provide personalised decorations to suit your requirements .
Betty will obviously provide you with excellent photo opportunities for you and your guests before and after the ceremony.
Along the way why not enjoy a glass of bubbly to celebrate the occasion.
Music of your choice can also be played to make the journey that little bit more special.
Campervan Photobooth:
We now have a brand new in camper purpose built photo pod that transforms Betty into a photo booth to add the finishing touch to you party. We provide you with a suitcase full of props, feature lighting, signage and music and you do the rest. Lots of fun indeed!

Safety First:
For your safety Betty is fitted with modern seatbelts and has full wedding vehicle insurance and liability insurance.
Our unique campervan photobooth is set up within our vehicle using our purpose built photo pod system.
Our touch screen photo pod is set up within our vehicle and can be personalised to suit your day. We also provide a large selection of props, signage, feature lighting music and sweets.
For our campervan photobooth clients we are able to personalise your photos with text and images specific to your event. All photos and videos can be very simply uploaded direct to your phone or email within a matter of seconds and all files will be made available to our clients directly after the event.
We now offer hire of our giant rustic illuminated LOVE signage to add to the backdrop on your big day! Get in touch for details.

You can hire out Betty for a minimum of 2 hours subject to your location with prices starting at £295.
We would prefer to have as much notice as possible but don’t worry we’ll do our best to get you booked in for the date you want.
Yes. Betty will come with a smartly dressed chauffeur.
Deposits are non refundable if a service has to be cancelled through no fault of our own.
However we will honour the deposit if the service is re-booked for a later date for a period of 12 months. We will also refund the deposit if we can book another wedding on the same date.
Balance will be refunded if cancelled with at least 1 months notice. If cancelled within this time we will refund the balance if we can rebook another wedding on the same date with the same vehicle.
Refunds are at the sole discretion of the management of Classic Camper Weddings.
